Fraudulent Transactions

Trimurti Tours and Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking that is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or made using stolen payment instruments, fake accounts, or false information.

Misuse of Platform

Any misuse of the application or website, including but not limited to repeated false bookings, fake cancellations, misuse of offers, or attempts to manipulate fares or refunds, is strictly prohibited.

Right to Cancel Without Refund

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, Trimurti Tours and Travels reserves the right to:

• Cancel the booking without prior notice
• Withhold refunds
• Block or suspend the user account permanently.

Payment Verification

Bookings may be subject to payment verification and identity checks. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without liability to the company.

Chargebacks & Dispute

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised with banks or payment gateways without valid justification may be treated as misuse of the service, and the user account may be restricted.

Legal Action

Trimurti Tours and Travels reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action against users involved in fraudulent activities or financial misuse, as permitted under applicable Indian laws.
