Luggage & Baggage Policy
Luggage Responsibility
Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the journey. Trimurti Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of luggage under any circumstances.
Permitted Luggage
Each passenger is allowed to carry reasonable personal luggage as per bus capacity. Oversized, excessive, or commercial goods may be refused at the discretion of the operator.
Valuables
Passengers are advised not to carry valuables such as cash, jewelry, electronic items, important documents, or fragile goods in their luggage. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage of such items.
Luggage Handling
Luggage carried by passengers is transported at the passenger’s own risk. The company and bus staff are not responsible for handling or safeguarding luggage.
Unclaimed / Lost Luggag
Any unclaimed or lost luggage must be reported immediately. The company will make reasonable efforts to assist but does not guarantee recovery.
