Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for tickets booked through our platform.
General Rules
  1. Tickets can be canceled via the app or website before the scheduled departure.
  2. Cancellation requests must specify the boarding and drop-off stops for which the ticket was booked.
  3. Refunds are calculated based on the distance or stops booked, and applicable service fees may be deducted.
Stop-to-Stop Refund Rules

Partial Travel / No-Show
  1. If a passenger boards but exits at an earlier stop than booked, the unused segment fare may not be partially refunded according to the stop-to-stop fare rules.
  2. If a passenger does not board at all (no-show), refund rules above apply.
Cancellations by Bus Operator or Platform

In case of bus delays, cancellations, or route changes initiated by the operator or platform, passengers are eligible for full refunds or rebooking on an alternative schedule.

Notifications will be sent via the app, email, and SMS.

How to Cancel
  1. Open the booking in your app or website.
  2. Click Cancel Ticket.
  3. Review refund amount and confirm cancellation.
  4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [X] business days.
Important Notes
  1. Refunds are not applicable for offline bookings unless explicitly agreed with the agent.
  2. Fare differences due to discounts or promotional codes will be adjusted proportionally in the refund.
  3. All cancellations are subject to our platform terms and conditions.
