Terms of Service

Welcome to BusBooking! By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Account Registration
  1. Users must create an account to book tickets.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  4. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Booking & Payment
  • Ticket fares are calculated based on the boarding and drop-off stops selected.
  • The Platform shows seat availability and fare before confirming your booking.
  • Payment must be completed through the Platform using the available payment methods.
  • Booking confirmation is valid only after successful payment.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

    User Conduct

    Users agree to:

    1. Provide accurate information and use the Platform responsibly.
    2. Not engage in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized bookings or reselling tickets.
    3. Respect other passengers, bus operators, and drivers.
    4. Avoid using the Platform to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
    Stop-to-Stop Fare & Seat Policies
    1. Fares are calculated per stop-to-stop pair, as defined in the fare matrix.
    2. Seats are reserved per segment. Overlapping seat reservations are blocked automatically.
    3. Refunds for partial journeys, no-shows, or missed stops follow the Cancellation Policy.
    Third-Party Operators & Services
    1. Some buses and routes are operated by third-party providers.
    2. BusBooking acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality of third-party operators.
    3. Any issues related to bus services must be reported via the Platform’s support system.
    Platform Modifications
    1. We may modify or discontinue services, routes, schedules, or features at any time without notice.
    2. Users will be notified of significant changes affecting bookings or fares.
    Intellectual Property

    All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software on the Platform are owned by BusBooking or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

    Limitation of Liability

    The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BusBooking is not responsible for:

    1. Travel delays, accidents, or disruptions
    2. Incorrect or missing schedule/fare information
    3. Losses due to technical errors or third-party operator issues
    4. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
    Privacy & Data Protection

    Collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

    Dispute Resolution
    1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of India.
    2. Users agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
    Termination
    1. BusBooking may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
    2. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to account closure.
